Duct Cleaning
Your HVAC system moves air through your entire home — including whatever's built up inside the ductwork. Dust, allergens, and in some cases mold can circulate every time the system runs.

Good to know: duct cleaning pairs well with mold remediation — if we've treated a mold issue elsewhere in the home, the ductwork is often part of how it spread.
If we find a leak, poor sealing, or condensation inside the system, we'll tell you about it and recommend a fix rather than cleaning the same buildup again next year.
How it works
Camera inspection of trunk, runs, and coil to document current condition.
Negative air collection connected and registers sealed to control debris.
Agitation and vacuum of all runs plus coil, blower, and plenum cleaning.
After photos, optional sanitizing treatment, and filter recommendations.
Common questions
How often should ducts be cleaned?
For most homes, every three to five years. Sooner after renovation or construction, after any water damage event, or if you've added pets or someone in the home has developed allergy symptoms.
Does duct cleaning fix a mold problem?
Only if the ductwork is the source. If mold is growing elsewhere in the home, cleaning ducts helps but won't resolve it. We inspect for that before recommending the service.
How long does it take?
A typical single-system home takes three to four hours. Multi-system homes are scheduled accordingly.
