Who this is for: homebuyers doing due diligence, homeowners noticing a musty smell or unexplained allergy symptoms, and anyone who's had past water damage and wants peace of mind.

We inspect the high-risk areas of the home rather than only the room where something is visible, because the source of a moisture problem is often one floor or one wall away from the growth it causes.

Common questions

How much does an inspection cost?

Our standard whole-home inspection is free. It includes thermal imaging, moisture meter readings, and hygrometer measurements to determine the issue and craft a remediation plan that fits your needs. Lab sampling is quoted separately based on the number of samples.

Do I need testing if I can already see mold?

Often not. If growth is visible and the area is small, testing mainly confirms what you already know. Testing is most valuable when someone is symptomatic, the source is hidden, or you need documentation for a sale or claim.

Can you inspect before I buy a house?

Yes. Pre-purchase inspections are a large part of what we do, and our findings are presented clearly enough to discuss with your agent or attorney.
