Common questions
Do we have to move out during remediation?
Usually not. Containment and negative air keep work isolated, and our products are fragrance-free. For large-area projects or households with severe sensitivities we'll tell you upfront if temporary relocation is the safer option.
How long does a typical project take?
Most residential projects run one to three days. Larger crawlspace or whole-basement work can take a week, and any needed drying time is scheduled before rebuild.
Will insurance cover it?
It depends on the cause. Sudden events like a burst pipe are more often covered than long-term humidity. We'll share our findings and scope of work in a format you can pass along to your carrier.
